Micro Academy(registered office at #189, Amar Jyothi Layout, Domlur Ring Road, Bangalore - 560071, Karnataka, India, referred to as "Micro Academy," "we," "us," or "our") provides specialized workforce intelligence, recruitment services, train-and-hire incubators, corporate upskilling programs, and job openings placement drives. By visiting our website (microacademy.net), submitting candidate profiles, enrolling in training programs, or engaging our hiring services, you (the "User," "Trainee," "Candidate," "Corporate Partner," or "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, applying for job openings, registering for freshers placement drives, submitting resumes, or issuing commercial contracts for recruitment and corporate training, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using Micro Academy's website and services immediately. Micro Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our portal following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Definitions
"Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any specific Statement of Work (SOW) or enrollment document executed with Micro Academy.
"Candidate / Trainee" refers to job seekers, students, or IT professionals applying for job drives or enrolled in Micro Academy training tracks.
"Corporate Partner / Client" refers to enterprise entities engaging Micro Academy for recruitment, contract staffing, train-and-hire incubators, or corporate upskilling.
"Services" refers to Recruitment, Train and Hire, Corporate Training, Direct Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Job Openings placement services provided by Micro Academy.
3. Scope of Micro Academy Services
Micro Academy delivers comprehensive workforce solutions aligned with our core website service offerings:
Recruitment
End-to-end talent acquisition, direct hiring, candidate screening, technical evaluation, and candidate sourcing for enterprise partners.
Train & Hire
Customized talent incubators, role-aligned skill transformation, and deployable tech talent trained specifically for client stack needs.
Corporate Training
Enterprise employee technology upskilling, niche technical workshops, and continuous learning ecosystem development.
4. Candidate & User Registration
When submitting applications for job drives or registering on Micro Academy portals:
- Candidates must provide truthful, current, and accurate personal, academic, and professional details.
- Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued for assessment portals.
- Any falsification of resumes, educational degrees, or work experience will lead to immediate rejection and blacklisting from Micro Academy hiring networks.
5. Training & Skill Development Rules
Enrolling in Micro Academy training tracks or corporate upskilling programs is subject to the following rules:
Attendance & Participation: Trainees must attend scheduled instructor-led modules and complete assigned practical projects to qualify for completion certificates.
Curriculum Adaptation: Micro Academy reserves the right to update curriculum frameworks and lab exercises to align with industry technological shifts.
Code of Conduct: Professional decorum is strictly enforced. Any harassment, disruptive conduct, or unauthorized distribution of courseware will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
6. Direct Hiring & Placement Assistance
Placement Assistance Policy Clarification
Micro Academy provides extensive interview preparation, technical evaluation, and direct connections to corporate hiring partners. However, final job selection and offer letters are determined exclusively by employer client evaluations and candidate interview performance. Micro Academy does not sell or guarantee job offers.
7. Train & Hire & Corporate Staffing
For corporate client agreements governing Train & Hire incubators, recruitment sourcing, or contract staffing:
- Commercial terms, placement fees, credit periods, and candidate replacement warranties shall be detailed in the specific commercial contract or Statement of Work (SOW).
- Corporate clients agree to evaluate candidate profiles provided by Micro Academy solely for legitimate hiring requisitions.
8. Fees, Billing & GST Compliance
All commercial fees for training programs or corporate recruitment services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in formal invoices.
Taxes: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is levied on all invoices as per prevailing Indian statutory tax rules.
Payment Channels: Invoices can be settled via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), demand draft, UPI, or official payment channels specified by Micro Academy.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Training fee cancellations and refunds are subject to program-specific enrollment agreements:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@microacademy.net prior to batch launch.
- Once training batches commence or access to learning portals has been granted, fees become non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, logos, courseware, training curricula, test materials, and software assets on microacademy.net are the sole property of Micro Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
11. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Users agree not to misuse our website or applicant portals for unauthorized data scraping, spamming, transmitting malicious code, or disrupting portal operations.
12. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Micro Academy and engaging client partners agree to protect non-public commercial terms, candidate assessment data, and proprietary specifications as confidential.
13. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
Personal information submitted to Micro Academy is processed in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers & Service Warranties
Micro Academy provides its website and online portals on an "AS IS" basis. We strive for high availability but make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free web operations.
15. Limitation of Liability
Micro Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal usage or service engagement, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
Users and candidates agree to indemnify Micro Academy against third-party claims arising from misrepresentation of credentials or breach of these Terms.
17. Suspension & Termination
Micro Academy reserves the right to suspend portal access or terminate enrollment in the event of material breach of these terms or non-payment of agreed fees.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall possess exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
